Neo-Fascism, Violence, and Indifference
National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW) and directors of Council House, Seattle, deserve all the problems that have arisen from their indifference to the rise of neo-fascism and its associated violence within that government financially-assisted residence for senior citizens. Fascists have entered Council House in order to supply themselves. The directors have given them free tickets and salaries for their own agenda. Now, they have only themselves to blame. They hold ultimate responsibility for the outcome. Joseph Goebbels, Nazi Propaganda Minister, described a similar condition:
We enter parliament in order to supply ourselves, in the arsenal of democracy, with its own weapons. . . . If democracy is so stupid as to give us free tickets and salaries for this bear’s work, that is its affair. . . . We do not come as friends, nor even as neutrals. We come as enemies. As the wolf bursts into the flock, so we come. [01]
Ironically, an all-Jewish board of directors has allowed its administrator and his staff to implement similar policies to those in force in Germany during the 1930s. They have already incarcerated four residents for reporting or complaining about their unlawful and aberrant behavior. Judge James A. Doerty, Washington Superior Court gives them constructive immunity and anonymity in continuing those practices. He has issued draconian and unconstitutional court orders that allow Council House managers and their thugs to continue to commit crimes with impunity. [Censored!] [Impunity]
Freedom of the press means that no one can tell a reporter or publisher what they can write or publish. Contrary to popular opinion, news media have no obligations, except to be truthful, fair, objective, and ethical. They decide what to publish - nobody else, not even Judge Doerty. If journalists think something needs publishing then they have a right and privilege to publish it despite judges who ignore exclusions in harassment laws to restrict constitutionally protected speech and assembly. [02] Doerty allegedly deals backstage to cover up his machination. Council House directors throw money at their problems by giving their administrator virtually unlimited financial resources for lawyers when challenged about their illicit dealings.
The directors, in a consort with Doerty, locked the journalist out of his home/office for more than fourteen months to try to silence him while still collecting his rent and a federal subsidy. In addition, they had him incarcerated. He languished in jail for 111 days (25 days in solitary confinement) by their motion for him to remove his European web site - a violation of his constitutional right to publish information.
Council House consistently uses the Washington courts and Seattle police department as their private gestapo. The police seldom file incident reports after residents have called them. Instead, they rely upon propaganda and false medical and mental evaluations that the administrator feeds to them about residents’ mental incapacity to deal with their own affairs. [Mindful Madness]
Plato defined tyrants as people who live to do anything they please. Instead of addressing the issues, Council House directors do anything they please despite laws to the contrary. They create a public aura of benevolence that gives more offense than the underlying evil. They adopt an evil indifference to evil.
In Germany, Hitler came to power during January 1933. [03] Subsequently, he suppressed all forms of dissent and incarcerated thousands of citizens in concentration camps (several of his victims now live at Council House). He maintained absolute control over the economy, media, and cultural activities and used the Gestapo (secret police) to intimidate and jail his opponents.
A majority of the German population supported him enthusiastically (as did many prominent Americans) and willingly acceded to his supremacist rule. Other nations (including France and Great Britain) adopted appeasement policies until Kristallnacht (09 Nov 38). [04]
Kristallnacht, a wake-up call, consisted of a twenty-four-hour campaign of government-sanctioned looting and terror against German Jews. Nazi thugs started an insane, racist crusade against Jews and other minorities predominantly gypsies, homosexuals (despite widespread homosexuality within the Nazi top echelon), and blacks. Combined with Pacific war figures, the military and civilian death toll amounted to 56 million worldwide. Worldwide indifference, Jewish acquiescence, and the profits from a six-year economic boom (credited to Nazi political/military/industrial initiatives similar to those existing today) probably fueled the genocide now defined by gentiles as the European holocaust and by Jews as “the Holocaust” or more appropriately “the Shoah”.
Now, neo-fascism consists of totalitarian dictatorship that seeks to create a viable community by strict regimentation of individual lives based upon zero-tolerance policies. Its proponents coercively adjust conflicting interests and individual behavior through fear, subordination, and unquestioning loyalty to a supremacist leader. They suppress dissent though terror, censorship, and racist policies. They abhor diversity and try to force everyone to conform to a single ideology.
A German-Jewish dissenter says that he experienced the horror of a concentration camp during the 1930s and that his family died in another camp during the 1940s. He said that if his family had dissented with him, and not acquiesced to Nazi propaganda, then they would probably have survived.
This survivor of the Shoah claims with others that he has experienced similar tyranny at the hands of Council House administrator Stephen M. (aka Stefan) and his thugs. They control Council House through the indifference of the directors to their neo-fascist ideology and tactics. As Elie Wiesel and several prominent historians have said so many times: “Indifference to evil is evil”.
Centralization of socioeconomic authority under Stephen M. has resulted in suppression of dissent through terror and censorship, the hallmark of belligerent nationalism and racism. M, an inveterate liar, does not give reasons for his decisions, instead he simply imposes his ideology. The board of directors has appointed him dictator and practiced calculated indifference to the suffering of his victims. Victims do not define fascism - the way that they suffer says it all. [06]
Organized thuggery at Council House, has caused residents to remain silent and withdrawn for fear of speaking their minds or retaliation for having done so. M. continues to impose his supremacist policies upon them ably assisted by his assistants, Audrey D. and Katrina R. (now resigned but still liable for her alleged unlawful behavior and misrepresentation of credentials to obtain government funding).
Since his employment by Council House, M. has always played a double role presenting himself as a nice guy. Starting as an unemployed actor he nuances his thespian skills as an overpaid hit-man for the Council House directors. [Art of Thespian Lying] [Histrionics and Narcissism]
M. now fronts for an affluent and avaricious thirteenth tribe of Israel that occupies a hornet’s nest at Herzl-Ner Tamid synagogue, Mercer Island, Washington. The hornets have created a Council House sandwich with themselves on top, the residents underneath, and M. as the baloney. [Hornet Nests]
Zero tolerance policies keep some residents in constant fear. Aberrant behavior by the supremacist management team over an extended period probably indicates that they should receive psychiatric evaluation. Hopefully, the directors will take action in this respect before more residents become traumatized, injured, or meet a violent death. They have lost sight of the principle that defines the quality of a civilization by how it cares for its elderly. [Mindful Madness]
The triumvirate controls the government-funded computers through the auspices of Audrey D. Neither the triumvirate no Audrey D. have the necessary technical skills for computer management so they use paid consultants to program restrictions into the computers. They control users by terrorizing and banning them from the lab. They also restrict the technology to a point that users cannot access the sites at will - especially these essays. [Five Kapos]
Prior to 911, Stephen M. employed an Islamic terrorist sympathizer probably not knowing of his affiliation. M. allowed him to use the computers. The employee then brought confederates into the building at night to use the computers. The computer monitor Felippe Jacques disclosed many occurrences. A check on the computer database showed that the group had indeed downloaded seditious material over an extended period. The directors did nothing when they received a report requesting that they address the problem. The reporter then complained to the FBI. Stephen M. retaliated for filing that FBI report by bringing a frivolous legal action.
As a result, an Islamic terrorist sympathizer probably now roams the streets of Seattle with the master keys to Council House still in his possession. M. gave him those keys and Council House directors have knowingly neglected to change the locks. Post-911, the mosque to which that employee and his friends belonged became subject to intensive FBI investigation that received wide coverage in the Seattle media. The mosque closed and the residents remain at risk. [Tall Structure Terror]
Council House maintains a pseudo law-enforcement identification system for surveillance and identification“for security purposes”. A book contains mug shots of all Council House residents. Keeping and allowing access to that information violates federal privacy regulations and could result in a fine of up to $5,000 for each photograph. [07] Several residents complained to Audrey D. about the book. She then concealed it but continues to maintain it. Resident sources have reported that she included photographs taken at social gatherings without residents’ permission and did not obtain signed releases before she used any of them.
Moreover, her total censorship of resident materials presumes residents’ inability to make reasoned choices and violates the Seattle Municipal Code. [08] This constitutes another use of the “vulnerable adult” dictum that Council House has unlawfully introduced using a state statute to override federal law. [09]
Stephen M. announced another witch hunt to stop residents exchanging information that he had not approved. Contrary to both municipal and federal laws, he said that he will instal surveillance cameras on each floor to monitor resident activities and stop them from distributing pamphlets. If implemented, his action will again abrogate their constitutional right to freedom of expression under the First Amendment laws and Seattle ordinances.
A series of incidents required police intervention of the behavior of thugs (Kapos). Yet the directors have done nothing to restrain the perpetrators or to remove them from the building for their lease violations and housing ineligibility. Instead, they apply to the courts and Doerty effectively gives them immunity to behave as they wish.
Enforcing political correctness by coercion defines as political repression, an important component of fascism. Several white supremacist organizations still survive. They continue to promulgate ideologies that support accountability to supremacist leaders. [Neo-Fascist Identity Groups]
Neo-fascism practiced at Council House has no stated ideology and therefore lacks any accountability and probably ranks more perniciously than traditional forms of fascism. Stephen M. and his cohorts need someone to blame for their inadequacy and their failure to excel at any profession that they have tried. Accordingly, they vent their spleen upon impoverished senior citizens who have suffered and accomplished much in their lifetime. They do not have any idea of tolerance or compassion for their fellows. Instead, they follow a destructive ideology that menaces humanity, they live misanthropically - they hate or distrust all other people.
It takes an insider to understand the insidiousness. Planned as a community for independent living, Council House has turned into a racist society controlled by oligarches. Any individuality has disappeared through fear induced by semiliterate thugs. Management adherence to fascistic ideology indicates diminished mental capacity. [Mindful Madness]
One can understand why Council House vacancies and resident turnover have increased in comparison to similar properties that have a one-year waiting list for apartments. Audrey D. can no longer find enough suitable tenants. She recently launched a new propaganda campaign to rectify that situation. It also appears that mandated returns to HUD about occupancy do not reflect the true situation. [Agency Accountability]
The mismanagement, misappropriation, and abuse have allegedly resulted in the death of two residents and unlawful incarceration of four others - all incidents directly attributable to the administrator and directors’ complicity. They have obtained court orders (now under appeal) to restrain this reporter from publishing their names - they have a lot more than their names to hide. Judge James A. Doerty, Superior Court, State of Washington, issued two anti-harassment orders and contempt citations to censor this forum by prior restraint at the behest of Council House directors and their administrator. Mary Kay Becker, Washington Court of Appeals affirmed them. Washington Supreme Court reversed most of those decisions (30 Mar 06).

Using their financial power, the directors obtained SLAPP (strategic lawsuit against public participation) court orders and contempt citations using perjured testimony against the author of valid exposé. They then had him jailed in solitary confinement.
In this case, SLAPP consists of frivolous charges designed to bankrupt an opponent and create a prior restraint. The landlords have used this tactic on several occasions to try to cover up issues that affect all their tenants.
Doerty thwarted an appeal of his findings for more than five years by withholding court documents and other manipulation. The author/publisher claims judicial bias and arbitrary censorship that deny him his rights under the First Amendment to the US Constitution and Washington State Constitution. Doerty has challenged a principle journalism ethic - seek truth and report it - by denying a reporter’s First Amendment rights. Doerty then wrote biased decisions all without due process of law.
His findings enabled Council House directors to cover up crimes that they and their administrators allegedly committed. A Washington Supreme Court review has allowed the public to know the names of people involved in elder abuse. It will also give an ethical prosecutor an opportunity to consider felony charges of homicide by abuse against Council House directors and their staff. [Homicide by Abuse]
Homicide ranks as a class A felony punishable by a maximum sentence of life imprisonment in a state correctional institution or by a fine of fifty thousand dollars or both. Doerty’s order precluded naming the people involved which forced redaction of copy pending review. Washington Supreme Court reversed the trial court decision which relieves restrictions on publishing details regarding resident deaths and other abuse.
