Gilda R Kabbani - Censored

Gilda R. Kabbani, a Council House resident, witnessed Virginia Lambert violently attack Willie Mae Williams. She said that Lambert put a stranglehold on Williams's neck for no particular reason. [Racism]

Kabbani said after another trial: "It's a disgrace that they [Council House using Lambert as a straw] brought this matter [Virginia Lambert v. Leon L. Harris] to court in the first place." Judge Maureen A Howard voiced a similar concern when she dismissed the case. [Trials of Leon Harris]

Kabbani went on to say that: "It's very evident that the administrator and his staff are not emotionally or academically equipped to deal with aging or disabled folks".

Judge James A. Doerty, Washington Superior Court, censored a report of court proceedings at the request of Council House directors. [Censored!]
