Mindful Madness

Sane people live and experience reality in a conceptual form - they do not see things differently each time that they consider them. Instead, they create categories within which to deal with their world. This provides a level of psychological certainty and stops constant challenges to personal beliefs. Mindfulness allows them to adopt a positive attitude. They preserve their independence and have a respect for the rights of other people. Healthy individuals remain open to new experience and critically reclassify the meaning of knowledge from a conscious perspective. [01]

Mindlessness occurs in individuals who do not recognize universal rights from either ignorance, mental illness (like schizophrenia), or ideological coercion. They cannot think for themselves. Disoriented, with like-minded people they join identity groups each having its own leader. Group leaders usually emerge from insecure and unstable backgrounds. They set themselves up as religious or ideological dictators. As advocates, they rely upon their charisma and demand absolute allegiance from followers.

Christian identity advocates rely upon vulnerability and coercion to separate people into religious or ideological groups (the term "Christian Identity" has contradictory meanings). Leaders prey upon group members using race, religion, or ideology, to control them. Identity groups cannot succeed indefinitely because of their negative characteristics. Meanwhile, lack of group conscience allows the leader and sycophantic thugs to enforce the ideology. This causes untold damage to individuals that sometimes results with insanity and death. At Council House, the term thug (or Kapo) describes the behavior of a triumvirate that deliberately targets residents with whom they disagree ideologically. They provoke residents with both verbal and physical assault. If residents react or respond defensively then they treat it as aggression - they project their own aggression onto their victims. The Kapos classify everyone except themselves as crazy - a common sign of dementia and paranoia that typifies identity advocates.

Stephen M., Council House administrator, coerces the victims to write “apologies” to their aggressors. He later uses those apologies as confessions so that he can coopt families into disciplining their parents. He keeps those documents to use them as evidence in court to effect unlawful eviction or to blackmail tenants. Several directors follow his lead.

Council House directors, as landlords, enforce identity advocacy policies upon their tenants. A mindful person can only classify identity group policies and advocacy as institutional madness. Identity advocacy proponents almost always have evil intent. For self-interest, both directors and administrators regularly impose these bizarre psychological cloning techniques upon Council House tenants.

Directors rely upon religious extremism and administrators indulge in ideological fanaticism. Mutually, they have adopted mind-sets focused upon self-aggrandizing and financially rewarding outcomes. Religious absolutism and ideological dysfunction make them strange but dangerous bedfellows. At Council House, these two groups have allied themselves in a like-minded negative cloning process. They have adopted separate policies applied equally to the detriment of those whom the taxpayer has made it possible for them to serve. [Strange Bedfellows]

The principal actors in the Council House tragicomedy derive from an all-Jewish board of directors. Three incompetent understudies, Stephen M., Audrey D., and formerly Katrina R., survive by adhering to identity group principles funded mainly from government subsidies. They pursue residents relentlessly using abusive tactics in attempts to ideologically control them.

Stephen M., an occasional actor and pathological liar, acts out his fantasies as the ruthless leader. Five Kapos assist him. Two principal thugs, Felippe Jacques, a French expatriate and self-proclaimed misanthrope (who occasionally signs himself “Marquis de Sade”), and Knate S., a diagnosed schizophrenic, completes a violent and evil triumvirate that abuses senior citizens with impunity. Both directors and staff lie until the truth catches up with them then they lie some more. Having lied for so long and to such an extent they believe that they tell the truth. Stephen M. will do or say anything at any time to cover up his misconduct. They all refuse to believe indisputable facts in order to maintain a favorable self-image. This dysfunction probably results from denial and sublimation. [Art of Thespian Lying]

Disinformation consists of a mixture of truth and lies used to make people insecure. This technique, used by Joseph Goebbels, helped the Nazis to gain control over the German people by coercing them to submit to a particular ideology. Then a mindless populace destroyed itself through appeasement.

Documents written and statements made under an oath by Stephen M., Audrey D., and Katrina R., use the same techniques. They have organized a campaign to make residents fearful about losing their apartments through sale of the building and for other reasons. They spread this propaganda to maintain control through fear.

HUD regulations and Seattle city ordinances forbid intimidation or coercion of tenants by landlords. However, Stephen M. claims to have filed secret charges with the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) about a resident. ADL has failed to respond to questions by that resident about those allegations. This leads one to believe that organization convenes kangaroo courts that have no legal standing in a democracy. It apparently supports Council House harassment. [Strange Bedfellows]

Cognitive defense mechanisms cover up self-hate and modify instinctual impulses to give the appearance of socially acceptable behavior. For example, a patriot denies in the face of clear-cut evidence that his country never violates human rights or acts unjustly. Similarly, a building administrator sublimates his sexual energy into aggressive and dominating behavior toward residents.

Comments and disclosures about a person’s mental health (that would not normally appear under ethical hold-harmless policies) appear here as refutation. Council House attorneys opened the door to discussion with their rhetoric and propaganda. They initiated the subject and placed it on the public record. They have knowingly used mental health disinformation to prejudice other people and to subvert the court. Consequently, the issue needs public rebuttal especially as the court has denied refutation by disallowing lawyers a discovery process. [Propaganda]

Lynn W. (wife of Judge Anthony P. Wartnik, Washington Superior Court), a Council House director and past co-president, implicitly believes what that evil triumvirate tells her. With her directors, she then acts upon that information by bringing frivolous law suits. Allegedly, she has committed criminal negligence then perjury to cover up false declarations suborned by her administrator Stephen M..

The directors and their administrator filed a frivolous motion claiming mental incompetence. They swore that a resident who had abstained from alcohol for two decades (also other mind-changing substances including coffee) had difficulty modulating his behavior due to alcohol. They said that he suffered from organic brain damage through chronic alcoholism. They claimed that he cannot understand the consequences of his actions. They then asked the court to order a psychiatric examination to declare incompetence then appoint a legal guardian - all apparently based upon a projection of his own condition by Felippe Jacques, one of Stephen M.’s thugs. Probably a lunatic, Felippe Jacques acted as principal witness for Council House directors during legal proceedings. In a consort with legal counsel, he suborned testimony from more than forty residents to support fantastic contentions. Judge James A. Doerty, Washington Superior Court (with his political connection and bias toward Council House directors) willingly wrote that perjury into the record. Judges, by their code of conduct, must weigh both sides in any disagreement to make a fair decision. Doerty has repeatedly refused to hear rebuttal testimony. Instead, he has implicitly accepted what Council House and the Marquis de Sade have filed with the court.

Any sane person would question Felippe Jacques’s sanity from the genre and content of his writing. Counsel presented no medical or psychiatric evidence to support his contentions. Doerty, having previously denied his victim a lawyer, accepted the statements without question. He relied entirely upon interpretation of alleged aberrant behavior submitted by a lunatic triumvirate.

The triumvirate wrote sixty statements and coerced residents into swearing about forty of them into evidence. Doerty attached importance to those opinions and shared a common identity with the author of them - a repressed sadist. Doerty found his literary alter ego in the Marquis de Sade while the evil triumvirate and their directors used the remaining material for blackmail and propaganda. [Rampant Judicial Delusion]

The directors have spent thousands of dollars in lawyer fees to prosecute and the triumvirate celebrated the jailing of this reporter as a great achievement. A reasonable person has trouble deciding whether the triumvirate, the directors, or the judge, ranks as the greater cuckoo. Doerty’s constructive recusal means that he has finally fallen out of the nest. As a nest parasite, he did not fly straight according to several Seattle lawyers.

All people exhibit symptoms that distinguish the sane from the insane. American Psychiatric Association (APA) has cataloged those symptoms using a variety of characteristics. Normality and abnormality travel with the person and have distinct, easily recognizable attributes. Unlike medical illnesses, psychiatric diagnoses carry with them personal, legal, and social stigmas. Those stigmas or labels become very useful in character assassinating others as the directors of Council House and their associates have done. In many cases, their behavior probably stems from a projection of their own dysfunction and lack of achievement. [Histrionics and Narcissism]

A psychiatric label lives independent of the person labeled. Once a false impression has received public attention it stays with the victim. The only relief from the stigma comes from reclassification. The labels become influential not only against the person but also against relatives and friends through association. Attitudes toward those characterized that way have a lasting effect and place the victim permanently in a societal leper colony - isolation that Council House directors have well and truly earned.

Some victims of this psychological abuse lose their legal rights. At least three residents at Council House have suffered psychiatric commitment entirely on the say-so of Stephen S.. He does not possess credentials that allow him to make those assessments. Moreover, he has scripted scenarios with the sole purpose of incarcerating people with whom he politically disagrees or whom he does not like.

Council House directors use the triumvirate as informants and advisors. Felippe Jacques and Knate S. act as double agents for and against Stephen M.. Knate S., a diagnosed psychotic, suffers from schizophrenia, a severe mental disorder characterized by withdrawal from reality. This causes deterioration of his social functioning. It manifests itself in illogical patterns of thinking, delusions, and hallucinations, accompanied in varying degrees by other emotional, behavioral, or intellectual disturbances. Schizoid people manifest disparate or antagonistic identities, common in double espionage agents.

The directors employ Stephen M. as their administrator. He works with both Felippe Jacques and Knate S. to demean residents and write hate-mail about them. They then distribute that disinformation over the Internet, to newspapers, and to their victims’ professional associates. These allegedly very sick people act as official spokesmen for Council House.

Felippe Jacques acts as principal “advisor” and “scribe”. Knate S. probably ranks more dangerously with his propaganda because he possesses a greater level of literacy than his confederates. They all use similar material for blackmail. M. contacts family and friends using information contained in residents’ personal files - a federal privacy offense. Paradoxically, Judge Doerty claims that these articles violate their privacy by exposing their crimes!

Stephen M. failed to understand the deception of both friends and enemies crucial to the work of double agents when he trusted Felippe Jacques and Knate S.. He blindly followed advice from both of them apparently not knowing of their double affiliation. In his denial, he fails to recognize that his confederates act as double agents against him and against each other - they hate each other and themselves - they interact as propagandists with separate agendas. The evil triumvirate has now caused extensive legal proceedings that will probably go on for years.

However, Stephen M. still allows both of them to hold preferential tenancies at Council House. They do not fear eviction although they consistently violate federal regulations and their leases - they apparently know too much about Stephen M. for him to evict them. Like other administrators holding tenuous positions, they know where Stephen M. and Mark M. have buried the bodies.

Giving Council House directors the benefit of doubt, they apparently did not recognize Stephen M.’s consistent pathological lying and deceit, also that of his predecessor Mark M. M., while probably not psychotic, reportedly also has serious emotional problems. He continued to counsel Stephen M. after he left Council House employment under mysterious circumstances more than two years ago - the blind leading the blind. His “resignation” allegedly related to fiscal misconduct.

The directors have believed them both implicitly and confirmed what they have heard in a series of perjured declarations filed with the court. This must lead to their eventual downfall and vindication of those whom they have abused and defamed. The directors have allowed four sick individuals to dupe them into committing hundreds of thousands of dollars to legal fees. They have used five thugs to do their bidding and cover up for them. With their indifference to the well-being of residents, their own self-interest, and their expenditures on legal fees one must question their sanity.

Stephen M. has even classified comment protected under the First Amendment as evidence of violence and insanity. Doerty has entered those unsubstantiated claims into the court record without question. He then uses those records to threaten felony prosecution, and in a particular case, eventual deportation on trumped up charges. The directors and their staff consistently classify the majority of residents, all between the ages of 62 and 100, as vulnerable adults - as crazy. Shakespeare got it right: [Vulnerable Adults]
