Introduction
At least twenty Council House tenants, members of minority groups, suffered abuse, neglect, ostracism, incarceration, and/or unlawful eviction at the hands of administrators. Their names do not appear here to protect them from further harassment, intimidation, vilification, and physical assault by thugs. This probably thwarts more witness tampering and prevents more witch hunts. [Censored!]
However, their names do appear in several articles describing the abuse that they suffered, some already published. The articles describe the nature and circumstances of alleged abuse by Council House administrators Mark T. M----n, Stephen A. (aka Stefan) Mitchell, Sharon J. La Merde, Audrey F. Dumber, and Katrina M. R------g, with full knowledge of the directors.
Nmesis edited the Contra Cabal web site to comply with an unconstitutional court order issued by Judge James A. (Jim) Doerty, Washington Superior Court. Doerty apparently wished to protect the directors and staff of Council House from facing the music for their complicity in alleged unlawful activities.
Doerty misused antiharassment laws to claim that news gathering and publishing names and addresses from public records constitutes "surveillance" and reporting news defines as "harassment" and "invasion of privacy". The court order effectively denied the constitutional rights of the author who has held an international press card for many years.
Reportedly, Council House directors used ex parte contact to persuade Doerty to "rack up the coercion" in an another attempt to stop this author exposing their misappropriation of federal funds and abuse of senior citizens now compounded by alleged homicide and perjury to cover up criminal behavior.
Apparently, of his own will and motion, without any prompting or suggestion (sua sponte), Doerty racked up the coercion by placing this author in solitary confinement with accused murderers and rapists in King County Jail for 25 days (total incarceration 111 days). All without any evidence, a hearing, or legal counsel. Doerty has since "constructively recused" himself from the case.
Lynn, wife of a Washington Superior Court judge Anthony P. (Tony) Wartnik holds a directorship and acted as Council House co-president for two years. Council House also shelters Roseanna McD----tt, US congressman Jim McDermott’s mother, who has allegedly sworn a false or misleading declaration in the case. These connections probably makes the issue politically sensitive for Doerty, a recently elected judge.
Since publication of articles on Council House wrongdoing in Contra Cabal, US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) forced the directors to correct some minor infractions of their regulations. They still have a long way to go. HUD continues to withhold hundreds of public records allegedly to cover up for Council House directors.
