granted an antiharassment order that camouflaged a
Prior Restraint
requested by Council House Directors.
Chief Judge Mary Kay Becker, Washington Court of Appeals,
affirmed the trial court decision in an unpublished opinion
Washington Supreme Court
unanimously reversed both Doerty and Becker.

Both Courts effectively granted Council House Directors and Kapos
anonymity and immunity from prosecution contrary to established law.
